Role
As the lead Account Executive, I managed the Prospect Partners relationship throughout my entire tenure at MonogramGroup, beginning with the initial November 2020 engagement that resulted in a June 2021 WordPress website launch. During the foundational rebrand, I collaborated across research, brand strategy, photography, website development, and market launch phases. I also managed multidisciplinary internal and external teams, including a web programmer, copywriter, photographer, and design team.
Following the new website reveal, Prospect Partners re-engaged the agency for ongoing brand stewardship, where I directed ongoing website evolution and upkeep, social media content creation, email marketing initiatives, and marketing collateral upkeep.
